the half page is not finished. i am contemplating putting a lighter color in the background but i have no idea what color to do. any recommendations? the other three portraits are being redone cause they dont resemble the people that much. i will post those when i get them finished.

Top two are my sketches of half page.. I couldn't decide which way is better...
for the spots, I’m planning to put some objects in the background that symbolizes each person.
I’m going to use pen and color pencil...

I'm indecisive on whether I should color them (probably watercolor) or use pen and ink, though I am leaning more towards the pen and ink. Do you think it needs color?
