Man, I really need to start painting. Not sure if I'm going to keep the borders the way they are or tweak them or add some runes or something. I don't even know what I'm doing. I think I went colorblind during the Thor comp, because it looks pretty wacky from here. Valkyrie's going to be tweaked a bit, too. That red's not doing it for me. The Joker did end up being Loki cutting off Sif's hair. Alright.

I agree that the colors are looking a little bit weird. I think maybe if you start simple, with a background color that sets the mood of the piece and then you build slowly from that color adding others where needed you'll be just fine. The drawings are fantastic as usual. I wouldn't do really complicated borders for the fronts of the cards. Maybe you should make the front borders look like wood or stone or something? Save the crazy runes for the backs maybe? I like your solutions for the characters and which face cards they represent. I also think that the subtle way you altered the shape of the suit symbols is working nicely. I would be cool if they ended up looking carved or something. I'm not sure if I'm remembering wrong but I think that we haven't seen the designs for the number cards yet. What are those going to be like? You're doing great. Keep it up. Valhalla awaits!
