Kevin, I like the contour drawing look that these have, and the likenesses seem pretty good. an issue I have is with the text in your half page, the "who" feels a little out of place(I think its the size and placement) But that could just be me.
I'm really interested to see what these will look like in color.
I agree with Kate on this, Kevin. The contour drawings are pretty great but they have this sort of stark and respectful sensibility that the title page lacks a little. I think you should consider the clever environmental thing you did with the author of "Jaws" both for the title page and for the rest of the portraits. Then it will be aces. Also color? on the title at least? What are your thoughts?
