after a few late night brainstorming sessions with friends we came up with a retirement home theme instead of the forest. im a little unsure but excited about the text, i've never really illustrated text before.

I think the spots look pretty good so far, but the images should be less of a focus. The type is the central image. The full page isn't really working for me. It's kind of cluttered and compositionally dull. Also, I think the pieces are way too similar. I wish you'd done noises from more varied sources and not tried to stay in this retirement home theme. The assignment isn't supposed to be that narrative.

You know, on second thought, I may have been a little hasty. The full page isn't too bad now that I look at it a second time. Just bump up those noises.
