the first is the sony dsc digital camera, the second lansing portable ipod speakers.
the sony camera's slogan was 'turn ispiration on' so i thought something artsy. anyway, ill probably do digital for the finals and the backgrounds will be all finished and whatnot.
oh, and for some reason i can't sign in to my blogger account anymore, so i guess ill just post using the illustration2 account.

The idea for the camera with the cupid pose is so clever! With your textures on these maybe you could give them a light, valentine-y feel. That would be nice.

Really great sketches, Ashley. I like them both quite a bit. Clever ideas. The top one is perfect, you should roll with it. I think you could maybe rethink the angle and composition on the bottom one though. I like the concept and the poses, but could a more forced perspective give us a more dynamic piece? Throw the closer figures shoulder right up into the "camera".

I really like your first sketch. I think it is very clever
and it fits well with valentine theme. If you add more details in camera and cupid, your final will be really effective :)
