Tim, your drawings are really nice for these. I think you're really onto something! The top one is looking good. The bottom one presents a challenge. You and Sam worked independently and came up with the same idea! Here's the hard part. I'm going to suggest you switch yours up a little. Also consider the Wii couple's clothes. They look a little too regular, and the guy looks a little old (maybe even a little molesterish). Think about it. Really great drawings though.
Also for the headphones one, you might want to think about the "noise-cancelling" aspect. You should put a bunch of noisy annoying stuff around them and have them able to have a quiet moment cause of the headphones or something.
